ZERO O' CLOCK

This is an example, not real client work. It shows the structure our case studies follow. It is excluded from search indexing and will be replaced by an actual project.

Wholesale distribution

Example: moving a distributor off spreadsheets

A second format example, showing how a CRM or internal-systems project is written up. Illustrative content only.

Services
CRM, Software Development

This is a format example, not real client work. Note that this one has no outcome block — that field is optional precisely so a project without publishable metrics can still be written up honestly.

The challenge

What was the operational bottleneck? Who felt it day to day? Case studies land better when there is a person in them, not just a system.

Our approach

Include the build-or-buy reasoning where it applies. If configuring an existing tool was the right answer rather than building something custom, say so — it demonstrates the judgement clients are actually hiring.

What we built

The specifics: what was configured, what was migrated, what was integrated, and what the team was trained on.

The outcome

Where hard metrics aren't available or aren't publishable, describe the change in behaviour. "Leads from Facebook now appear in the pipeline automatically instead of being copied over by hand each morning" is concrete, verifiable and useful — and it doesn't require inventing a percentage.
