Privacy policy

The short version

We collect as little as we can. This site sets no tracking cookies. We don't run advertising pixels, we don't sell data, and we don't add you to a mailing list because you filled in a contact form.

When you contact us

If you submit a form, we receive the details you enter — typically your name, email, company, the service you're interested in, an optional budget range, and your message.

Forms are processed by Web3Forms, which forwards the submission to our inbox by email. We use it only to reply to you and to deliver work you ask us for.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Retention: enquiries are kept while a project is live and for up to two years afterwards, then deleted.

Booking a call

Our booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. It sets its own cookies — which is why it does not load until you click “Load booking calendar”. If you never click it, no data reaches Cal.com and no cookie is set. Clicking is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and measure loading performance. Both are cookieless and do not create a persistent identifier or track you across sites. No individual visitor is identifiable to us.

This is why the site has no cookie banner: there are no non-essential cookies to consent to.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc.As with any web host, its servers process technical data — including your IP address, browser type and the page requested — in order to deliver the page. Server logs are retained briefly for security and diagnostics. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Fonts and other assets

Typefaces are served from our own domain, not from Google Fonts. Loading this site sends no request to Google.

International transfers

Web3Forms, Cal.com and Vercel are US-based and may process data outside the EU, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. Our engineering team is in Bangladesh, so project-related correspondence may be accessed there in the course of delivering work you have asked us for.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email contact@zerooclock.tech and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in Germany, the data protection authority of your federal state.

Changes

If we change how the site handles data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
