Scope call
Thirty minutes. You describe the problem; we ask questions and tell you roughly what it would take. Free, and there's no pitch deck.
You get: An honest read on whether we're the right fit

Proposal
A written scope with a fixed price and a delivery date. Everything included is listed, and so is everything that isn't.
You get: A fixed price and a date, in writing

Design
Layouts and flows for review before anything is built. Changes at this stage cost nothing, which is exactly why we do it here.
You get: Designs you've approved before code starts

Build
We build in stages with a live preview link throughout. You watch it come together instead of waiting in silence for a reveal.
You get: A preview link updated as we go

Launch
Testing, migration and go-live. We handle the domain and hosting cutover, and we're on hand through it.
You get: A live site and every account in your name

Iterate or hand over
We keep it running on a maintenance plan, or we hand over documentation and code and you take it from there. Both are fine.

If an off-the-shelf tool solves your problem for less than a custom build, that's the advice you'll get — even when it's the smaller job for us.

FAQ
Questions people ask before hiring us.
How do you price projects?
Fixed price per project, agreed before any work starts. After the scope call we send a written proposal with everything included, everything excluded, and one number. If the scope changes later we re-quote in writing rather than adding it to the bill quietly. We don't publish a price list because a five-page site and a fifty-page store are genuinely different jobs — but you'll have a real number after a thirty-minute call, not a sales process.
How long does a project take?
A marketing site is usually 3–5 weeks. E-commerce or custom functionality is 6–12 weeks. CRM setup is 2–4 weeks. Custom software runs 8–16 weeks or more. You get a date in the proposal, and we tell you immediately if anything threatens it.
Where is your team based?
Our engineering team is in Dhaka. Our co-founder is based in Germany and handles client communication, which is how European delivery process ends up applied to work priced for this market. Your afternoon in Dhaka overlaps our morning in Germany, so there's a live window every working day.
Do we own the code and the accounts?
Yes, entirely. Repository, domain, hosting, analytics, ad accounts — all in your name from the start. If you take the project to another developer, everything goes with you. We don't build on proprietary systems that only we can maintain.
Can you work with what we already have?
Usually. We do maintenance, speed work and redesigns on existing WordPress, Shopify and custom sites. We'll also tell you honestly when rebuilding would cost less than continuing to patch something — that call is yours, but you'll have the real numbers to make it.
What happens after launch?
Thirty days of support is included with every build. After that you can take a maintenance plan — updates, backups, monitoring and fixes — or take the documentation and handle it in-house. Both are genuinely fine.
